Я более чем уверен, что подобные письма - дело рук USAFIS. На сайте Facebook два месяца назад я нашел красноречивую рекламу о помощи в получении Грин карты. Ради интереса решил посмотреть, хотя в последствии пришлось пожалеть об этом. Заполнил обычную анкету без фотографии, перешел на следующий этап, а там… подавай им деньги! Разумеется, на этом этапе я прекратил изучение этого ресурса. Но по глупости своей указал адрес электронной почты и номер сотового телефона. Сначала с USAFIS мне присылали письма, потом позвонила на телефон некая мадам и говоря на русском языке с сильным акцентом, я ей сказал, что мое посещение их сайта ошибка, это было ради интереса и только. Она же мне сообщила: “ОК, я удаляю вашу заявку”.
Месяц не было писем, тишина, я подумал, что отвязались. Но пять дней назад в один день пришло очередное письмо от USAFIS, где говорится о прелестях американской жизни, а также письмо якобы от Правительства США, в точности такое, как и выше описанные, только имя, конечно, другое и просят 680$.
Я на какомто форуме прочитал такую историю,когда мужчина подавал заявку через официальный сайт,то ничего не приходило,никаких писем,но только он связался с етим USAFIS-как тут же ему пришло письмо о выиграше с официального сайта-хитро заманивают.От я не пойму,-в чем сложность заполнения анкеты самостоятельно!?И так понятно что если через фирму,то дисквалификацыя,так как они отправляют от имени заявителя сразу несколько писем.
Да, Вы правы, лучше никогда не заходить на сайты подобные USAFIS. Мне же стало просто интересно, причем я не отправлял им анкету, просто переходил на последующие страницы, т.е. первая страница, где заполнялись общие данные,а вторая - вот вам реквизиты, отправте некую сумму. Фотографию им не отсылал.

Мне пришло 3 подобных письма с просьбой заплатить до 23 февраля 2011. В двух просили по 679 долларов, а в одном 683. Имена везде были разные:

Круто! Адрес то один!!! Точно групировка! Вот бы сдать их!!! А за это бесплатно Гринкард - по типу то что молодцы ребята, так держать, вот Вам ещё и постоянная работка, вот Вам и дом где Вы будете жить - эх класс!!!
Но пока на оборот, мы понимаем что это Лохотрон, а другие ведутся на это и обогощаются всякие Тимоти, Джоны, Давиды и Роберты, однозначно отстроили участки, а ведь их не могут хлопнуть, поскольку это Великобритания - одна из оффшорных зон, вот так вот, люди делают бабки фактически не из чего. Машенечество, а чем это в принципе отличается от обычных фирм, которые просят заполнить эту форму за нннцать у.е., после выйгрыша просят уже нцать в нцатой степени деньги, поскольку человек выйграл не из за того, что он обратился к ихней компании, а из затого что он сам стал кандидатом на ГК.
Вот и думай про это все Лохотрон иль нет.
p.s.: Прежде чем поставить подпись иль оплатить за что либо в интернете, либо дать свои данные на счет кредитки - подумай, а что если это все ЛОХОТРОН.
P.S.: как то сам повелся на лохотрон было дело, за 40 долларов давали в нете кошелек, якобы который приносил несколько тысяч долларов, ну это уже другая история!!!
Оффшорные зоны
Что такое оффшорные зоны (оффшоры).
В русский язык термин “оффшорная зона”, “оффшор” пришел из английского языка, где “off-shore” буквально означает “вне берега”, “в открытом море”, “изолированный”. В современной экономической литературе этим термином обозначают одну из разновидностей специальных экономических зон, специфическую форму организации коммерческой деятельности.
В самом общем виде под оффшорными зонами понимаются страны и/или территории, осуществляющие регистрацию компаний, на деятельность которых распространяется льготный режим налогообложения. Компании, зарегистрированные в оффшорных центрах, находятся под юрисдикцией страны пребывания и обязаны строго соблюдать местное законодательство.
Оффшорные зоны дают использующим их предприятиям/компаниям следующие преимущества: налоговые льготы, значительную свободу при ведении бухгалтерской отчетности, практическое отсутствие валютного контроля, возможность проведения операций с резидентами в любой иностранной валюте, списание затрат на месте, анонимность, секретность финансовых операций (главным образом действует лишь требование информировать власти о сомнительных операциях, связанных с наркобизнесом). При этом внутренний рынок ссудных капиталов зоны изолируется от счетов резидентов. Дело в том, что классический вариант оффшора предполагает хозяйственную и финансовую деятельность в оффшорной зоне только нерезидентов.
Из сказанного вытекает, что “оффшор” - понятие экономико-организационное и отнюдь не юридическое. Это всего лишь способ ведения бизнеса, инструмент планирования налогов. Законной или не законной является оффшорная деятельность может быть определено лишь во всех совокупных рамках законодательства.
Зачем нужны оффшорные зоны.
Термин офшшорной зоны вошел в обиход в пятидесятые годы прошлого столетия в Америке. Тогда одна из американских финансовых фирм перенесла свою деятельность на территорию с благоприятным налоговым климатом вне американской юрисдикции.
И хотя ныне широко используемый термин появился сравнительно недавно, деятельность, характеризуемая как оффшорная, существует куда дольше. Если бы мировой флот платил исправно налоги по налоговым ставкам таких стран как Америка и прочих крупных держав, то цены на грузоперевозки взлетели бы до небес, а с ними и цены на товары, которые изготовляются по всему миру, и они перестали бы продаваться. Великая Депрессия первой половины прошлого века показалась бы просто эпохой процветания по сравнению с наступившим коллапсом мировой экономики.
Не только мировой флот, но и крупнейшие транснациональные корпорации имеют свои шатб-квартиры в уютных налоговых гаванях, что было видно на примере источников процветания мировых финаносвых центров расположенных вдали от супербогатых стран.
Приведенный пример показывают какую огромную роль играют оффшорные зоны в развитии мировой экономики.
