Lottery scam warning
St Helens Council’s Trading Standards Service is warning residents to be on their guard about a misleading mail drop that is being delivered across the Borough.
The letters gives residents the impression that they have won either the Spanish Lottery or the European Lottery. To claim their prize the recipient is asked to provide their bank account details, next of kin and personal details and told that around 10% of their winnings will be remitted to a company called Ibero. There is also a telephone number the recipient is asked to telephone where they are advised a claims agent will process the claim. The winners are, however, later asked to pay various fees to release their winnings which will not transpire.
This scam operates under the name of Euro Milliones Loteria International or La Primitiva Europea. Similar scams are also operating under the names International de la Primitiva, Spanish Sweepstake Lottery, Highstake International Program and El-Mundo de la Primitiva.
The Office of Fair Trading has also received complaints of a similar nature from throughout the country. St Helens Trading Standards Section warns residents that you should not give out bank and personal details in response to unsolicited mail, prize draws or telephone calls.
Councillor Carole Kavanagh, the Council’s Executive Member for Environmental Protection, said: “If you receive such mail drops you should not respond to the sender and either bin the documents or forward them to the Office of Fair Trading who are collating information with their counterpart department in Spain.”

НИКОГДА не посылайте свои данные тем кого не знаете, тем о ком никогда не слышали.
Не только с лотереями будьте осторожны, а вообще будьте осторожны с личной информацией на форумах и т.д. Никогда не отсылайте ни под каким видом свою личную информацию незнакомым людям.
Был у меня случай когда один под видом гадания выигрыша по дням рождения выуживал личную информацию в личной переписке, а потом использовал это в своих корыстных целях.

Хочу рассказать вам как меня лохонули на 300 WMZ и про мою жесткую месть.
Все Вы знаете про такой сетевой лохотрон « WebMoney волшебный WMZ кошелек, и все что вы на него пошлете вернеться вам в удвоенном размере!!! Любая сумма! Пошлете тысячу получите две тысячи и т.д.».
Я не поверил, но для теста послал 1 доллар. Через где-то 1 час проверил свой WMZ кошелек и обнаружил перевод в два доллара! Я обалдел. Послал потом еще доллар, опять то же самое. Потом послал 5 долларов, мне пришло 10. Осмелев от жадности окончательно послал– около 300 WMZ… Что было дальше, думаю, вы уже поняли. Никаких 600 WMZ мне никто не прислал, да и мои 300 тоже исчезли навсегда…Кинули!
Приняв N литров с другом на пару, и подумав про свои (300 баксов не много, но ощутимо), стало ясно как они работают… (Друг гений) Сначала никто много не пошлет – вот они и отдают деньги, чтоб люди осмелели. Потеряв 4-10 долларов сначала они получили 300 долларов потом… Полазив во всяких Яндексах нашел много подобных статей, как ни странно, кошельки в них очень часто повторялись. Короче, по синей теме созрел план мести………
Т.е. если быть аккуратным и выслать, небольшую сумму, то всегда можно получать в два раза больше. Наверняка,скорее всего у них, специальная программа, которая смотрит кто сколько переводов сделал и на какую сумму, чтобы определить когда нужно остановиться.
Потратив некую сумму( благо был пьян иначе бы жаба задушила) выяснил - Переводы суммой до 10.00 (9.99)долларов они не забирают никогда. Только если вы пришлете его больше 2 раз подряд с одного кошелька. То есть, послав 10 WMZ вы в любом случае получите 20 , т.к. сумма мелкая и они будут ждать пока вы пришлете больше. Также не забираются одноразово(!!!) присланные суммы до 15 (14.99) долларов(евро) и 300 (299) рублей.
Если аккуратно слать им небольшие суммы с разных кошельков то можно их обманывать.Тк. они не смотрят за переводами, это делает специальная программа, что упрощает вероятность их обмана.
Как же обмануть тех кто сам привык обманывать?
Нужно открыть где-то 5 кошельков, и постоянно слать, и быть в не большом, но плюсе всегда. Ну на оплату мобилки и пива с друзьями хватает. И в какой то мере моральное удовлетворение!
Как ни странно, тема в сети давно,но лохов ищущих халявы хватает. Но надо этих лохотронщиков как то на…ть И Ваша (читающтх этот пост) задача состоит в том, чтоб донести до остальных любителей халявы, или уже обкраденный ранее эту идею. Возможно я не первый кто до этого додумался, но тем не менее.
Вот кошельки что нашел я(Знаете другие расскажите об этом остальным) (Z************ в долларах; в евро E**********; рубли R********** ) скиньте на эти кошельки и получите удвоенный доход.
Не забудьте. В следующий раз, когда будте слать деньги, смените кошельки, иначе ничего не выйдет, система их не отдаст.
PS: Я не знаю сколько точно спустил на лаве на эту статистику, (Синька это плохо) видимо много.)) Зато я знаю и теперь знаете Вы как лохонуть тех, кто хочет лохонуть нас.
