Подскажите, пожалуйста может я что-то не правильно делаю уже несколько лет играю в лотерею и все это время после проверки GreenCard пишет: Based on the information provided, the Entry HAS NOT BEEN SELECTED for further processing for the Electronic Diversity Visa program at this time.

Это означает, что я не выиграл? Или при проверке неправильно что-то ввожу?
Ниже приведенный пример как я заполнял GreenCard и проверка результатов. Может дело в заполнении лотереи? А то мой знакомый заплатил деньги ему заполнили и он за 2 года выиграл. Заранее спасибо!
