Просто заглянула в вашу тему, чтобы порадоваться за очередных выигравших из Израиля :). Хочется вас успокоить и сказать что из года в год происходит ситуация подобная вашей (если вам конечно полегчает от этого :)…). И даже не гадайте о причинах… (у них просто очень много работы в консульстве). Но не волнуйтесь, действительно через 6-10 недель (а может быть и раньше) вы уже будете с визами в паспортах. Мои дети были в 2010 в абсолютно таком же положении - волосы стояли дыбом от волнений… В середине октября было интервью ( паспорта вернули), а в начале декабря позвонили из консульства и попросили выслать паспорта. Спустя неделю их прислали обратно с визами.

Так у вас наверное обычная админпроверка, а не дополнительная админпроверка, раз не выдали 221(g), к тому же забрали паспорта и сказали ждать пару недель. Нам паспорта вернули вместе с 221(g) и сказали ждать 6-12 недель.

(g) No visa or other documentation shall be issued to an alien if (1) it appears to the consular officer, from statements in the application, or in the papers submitted therewith, that such alien is ineligible to receive a visa or such other documentation under section 212, or any other provision of law, (2) the application fails to comply with the provisions of this Act, or the regulations issued thereunder, or (3) the consular officer knows or has reason to believe that such alien is ineligible to receive a visa or such other documentation under section 212, or any other provision of law: Provided, That a visa or other documentation may be issued to an alien who is within the purview of section 212(a)(4) , if such alien is otherwise entitled to receive a visa or other documentation, upon receipt of notice by the consular officer from the Attorney General of the giving of a bond or undertaking providing indemnity as in the case of aliens admitted under section 213: Provided further, That a visa may be issued to an alien defined in section 101(a)(15) (B) or (F) , if such alien is otherwise entitled to receive a visa, upon receipt of a notice by the consular officer from the Attorney General of the giving of a bond with sufficient surety in such sum and containing such conditions as the consular officer shall prescribe, to insure that at the expiration of the time for which such alien has been admitted by the Attorney General, as provided in section 214(a) , or upon failure to maintain the status under which he was admitted, or to maintain any status subsequently acquired under section 248 of the Act, such alien will depart from the United States.

Они не уточняли, какого типа проверка в нашем случае. Вполне может быть, что в нашем случае действительно идет проверка представленных нами на интервью документов.

З.Ы. На форуме есть случаи, когда люди не получали виз даже при одобрении на интервью (приходили пустые паспорта и соответственно форма 221g).

Все правильно, это временный отказ, и его выдают всем у кого не достает документов или назначена дополнительная админпроверка.

Пишите, вам же сказали “пару недель”, а сегодня уже три недели с интервью.

Сегодня звонили из консульства, просили прислать паспорта :slight_smile: Админпроверка длилась 25 дней.

If an applicant has been denied a visa, the consular officer will give the applicant a letter explaining why the visa was refused.

If the refusal letter is marked 214(b), it will generally explain that the applicant does not qualify for a visa at this time under U.S. immigration laws. If the applicant chooses to reapply, the applicant needs to submit a new application, pay a new visa fee, schedule a new interview, and provide information on how the circumstances have changed since the initial visa application.

If the refusal letter is marked 221(g), it will generally include a list of documents that can be subsequently submitted for another review of the visa application. The letter will also have instruction on how to submit the additional documents. The applicant will not have to pay the visa application fee again.

Occasionally applications will require additional administrative processing, which may delay the adjudication of a visa. In the event that administrative processing is required, the letter will also be marked 221(g) and additional instructions will be given.

If a visa application is refused 221(g) and the applicant was told to provide further information, the applicant must follow up within one year or their case will be closed. If the consular officer told the applicant that the 221(g) refusal was for administrative processing, then there is no further action for the applicant and the one-year limit does not apply. 221(g) cases requiring administrative processing will be contacted when further action is required.

If your visa application was refused there is no appeals process. If you want to apply for a visa again, please begin the application process.

Они отвечают в течении 3-х дней, если не ошибаюсь у них в FAQ-е так написано, по крайней мере нам так отвечали.

У нас тоже самое… Написали на e-mail, позвонили из консульства на следующий день, сказали ждать и всё, никакой информации о сроках получения паспортов не дали :mda:

Написали вчера очередное письмо. Отзвонили сегодня: “дело на финальной стадии, собираем пакет. Скоро вышлем…”

Хорошие новости :ok: Пора уже, 7 недель прошло с интервью…

Мы написали сегодня, посмотрим что скажут… надеюсь и наш пакет собирают :letmein:

По неофициальной статистике отправке документов Иерусалимским Консульством,
все происходит в последнию неделю месеца. В перую неделю следующего месяца,
ожидающие пакетов из консульства, должны его получить.Необходима также
иногда поправка на праздничные дни.

Рекомендую всем кто планирует выехать в ближайшее время уже интересоваться
полетами ,но не в коем случае не преобретать билеты до получение документов.

“Мы на заключительном этапе выдачи виз. К сожалению, мы не можем предсказать точно когда визы будут готовы. Спасибо за ваше терпение”.

ManiKarnika, мы наверно одновременно получим наши визы.
