всё.нам ответили! формы обрабатываются!
Тоже получил стандартный ответ спустя 8 дней.
Отправила свой пакет с формами 122, 230 фотками и штрих-кодом 4 июня почтой России (да, вот так я решила сэкономить). На сайте почты России мой пакет трэкается лишь до Москвы:

Сделала запрос в КСС 1 июля - не получила ни ответа ни автоответа.
Сделала запрос в КСС с другого ящика - получила автоответ, в котором сказано, что мой e-mail получен и нет ни слова про мой пакет с формами.
Есть ли еще кто-нибудь, кто тоже отправлял почтой России? Как Вы узнали о доставке своего пакета, если на сайте письмо за пределами страны не трэкается?

у вас большой кейс? вы указывали его на конверте? у на маленький, мы его указали и ответ получили, что формы обрабатываются

То же самое пришло на почту две недели назад, отправил формы 25.06.12, приняты CAMPBELL 02.07.2012. Вот думаю, написать ли снова запрос? Или подождать еще пару недель, до выхода VB. Case number 3000.

А уменя вышел интересный случай. Отослал доки в мае. В июне послал в ксс письмо на емайл с вопросом - приняли? Ответили что приняли! А вот вчера пришло письмо из ксс с заголовком - missing information. В письме сказано что формы ds122 получены не были…
Делаем вывод, что никакие ответы о том что они приняли доки не дают 100% гарантии. По крайней мере расслабляться рановато)
Письмо из ксс с заголовком “missing information” пришло в ответ на Ваш запрос или они его сами прислали, без Вашего запроса? А Вы отправляли форму ds122? Заполнили все верно? Неужели потерялась? Будете отправлять снова? Удачи Вам!
Все документы были ок, Запрос делал давно и на него получил ответ ччто все ОК. А это пришло без запроса. А вообще ну конечно буду отправлять еще раз. Да и вообще весь пакет опять отправлю. Думаю ничего страшного не случилось
Может где-то выпала из общего пакета документов. В любом случае лучше отправить весь пакет форм, тоже так думаю. Если номер большой, явно успеете пройти интервью в назначаемые обычно сроки. Удачи! 
и как же они вам сказали что все ОК? Они в письме только пишут получены ли формы и обрабатываются ли они. Они не пишут на какой стадии обработки они находятся.
Так в том то и дело что они пишут что формы получены или нет… Причем здесь стадии обработки.
Формы получены - your forms have been received … Я так понимаю - это Ок, а сейчас написали что формы неполучены))) а мож утеряны, короче они дали понять что мои проблемы прислать форму 122 заново)
Я написал к тому что может быть и такая ситуация, не расслабляйтесь. И вообще это хорошо что они пишут, о то сидел бы и не догадывался.
Конечно ща заново все отправим потом и на емайл напишем и позвоним и не раз, коль прецендент был… Вообщем возьмем ситуацию за “мягкое место”)
