Пересылались копии паспортов как ответ на запрос из посольства? Если да, то ответ на какой именно запрос? В какое посольство?

привет всем! парни и девушки какие вы все молодцы и настоящие бойцы!! идут до последнего вы истинные американцы, несмотря на то что живете в в России.Если бы в России было таких большинство то и это была бы америка!! Сам выиграл тоже в дв 2020. ш. Штаты не выходят из головы. Понимаю Вас как это выиграть и невыиграть одновременно!

Начиная с 1 сентября 2020 доставка документов на дом/в офис, а также доставка документов в офисы Pony Express в России будет не доступна. Заявители, чьи документы Посольство/Консульства США отправят на доставку 1 сентября 2020 и далее, смогут получить документы в пунктах приема и выдачи документов для визы США компании VFS Global, а также в определенных филиалах Почты России. Полный список офисов, в которых можно получить документы, можно посмотреть здесь. Паспорта, которые не будут забраны из офисов Пони Экспресс до 31 августа 2020 включительно, будут возвращены в Посольство/Консульство, в которое они были изначально поданы. Пожалуйста, обновите способ и место получения ваших документов в вашем личном кабинете.

Звонила в KCC , они как роботы твердят, что с марта собеседования не назначают, о решении суда знают , но у них нет новых инструкций. По логики KCC отправляет в посольства инструкции , в некоторых посольствах уже есть инструкции а в самом KCC нет. Это какой то бред.

Собеседование Вы проходите в посольстве, но доставляет Вам документы не почтальон из посольства а отдельная организация. В России этим занималась Pony Express, теперь будет доставлять другая кантора.
“Если Ваша виза будет одобрена, паспорт и запечатанный визовый пакет будут доставлены Вам бесплатно курьерской службой Пони экспресс (Pony Express) по тому адресу, который Вы указали при регистрации. ВНИМАНИЕ: ПОНИ ЭКСПРЕСС ОСУЩЕСТВЛЯЕТ ДОСТАВКУ ВИЗ ТОЛЬКО ПО ТЕРРИТОРИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ. ПО АДРЕСАМ ЗА ПРЕДЕЛАМИ РФ ВИЗЫ НЕ ДОСТАВЛЯЮТСЯ.”

Инструкции, разъяснения и уведомления различных типов отправляет Госдеп. Что вы ожидаете от исполнителей, у которых нет четких инструкций и разъяснений? Ребята - подождите чуток, решение суда совсем недавнее, потом выходные, понедельник - еще один выходной в США был. Дайте время. Всем удачи и самое главное терпения. А терпения, особенно всего, что касается гос услуг, да и частных услуг тоже - это, что в первую очередь вам понадобится здесь, если все получится:ok:

Это стандартная процедура перед ответом. Мне такой запрос приходил еще в июле, когда я им писал по поводу срочного назначения по теме мед исключения из прокламации

Кёртису Моррисону пришёл запрос от адвокатов правительства насчёт тех его истцов, дела которых находятся в KCC. Они хотят узнать в посольства каких 3х стран истцу будет удобно приехать, если его посольство будет недоступно.
We have good news for named plaintiffs. The government attorneys have reached out to us regarding some applications that are still at KCC and not assigned yet to embassies.
They want to know for a specific list of plaintiff, what top three alternative embassies you would want to use if the original embassy you selected is not available. These must be in order of preference.
Be patient and happy knowing that this list is proof the government is trying to expedite plaintiffs’ applications.

Там ваще-то другое написано. Не всех истцов, а только некоторых.
Номер 44***, сканы отправили в мае, 07.09 отправили запрос в КСС что с проверкой сканов? Ответ стандартный - "If you would like to check the status of your entry, please do so at www.dvlottery.state.gov/ESC. This website is the definitive means of determining whether or not you were selected for possible further processing. You must see a notice that is addressed to you by name as proof of selection to process further in the DV program. ". 08.09 отправили запрос в КСС с просьбой направить наше дело в посольство и приложили постановление суда, ответ получили такой - “Without exception, all selected and eligible Diversity Visa Program applicants must obtain their visa or adjust status by the end of the fiscal year. There is no carry-over of DV benefits into the next year for persons who are selected but who do not obtain visas by September 30, 2020 (the end of the fiscal year). Also, spouses and children who derive status from a DV-2020 registration can only obtain visas in the DV category between October 1, 2019, and September 30, 2020.”
Вообще непонятная ситуация!
Наше дело однозначно находится не в KCC, а в консульстве, т.к. у нас было назначено на 19 Марта. Нам отменили буквально за пару дней до интервью,- 17 Марта.
Однако, мы есть в этом списке.
Кейсов, которым было назначено и дела уже в посольствах всего семь, из них в России только один - это мы.
И ещё один в Киеве. Киев, отзовись!
А разве в Москве посольство недоступно?

Смотри.Я посчитала что из всего списка по Европе там 80 человек. По русскоязычным фамилиями от силы 15 человек. Но это может быть не только Московское, но и Киевское посольство. Ну пусть я ошиблась и их будет в 2 раза больше.Это 3 выиграшки на 10 дней.А посольство говорит, что хочет видеть альтернативу Москве??? Зачем. И куда?? В Варшаву? Так граница закрыта вроде и туда Шенген нужен. Что то они усложняют. И мне это не нравится.
Мой знакомый живет в Москве. Ему надо еще посольство- конечно можно еще и в Турцию.
Но вообще с какого…?
И очень смутные сомнения…а не будут ли валить и на самом интервью, ведь придраться можно и к столбу…
Кстати для инфы: самый большой номер по Европе 494хх, по Аф-577хх
Причем номеров за 40000 достаточно много
А в фамилии еще и 3 ошибки сделали:facepalm:

Ребят, что за списки??? Мы участвовали в иске?

Diversity Visa (DV-2020) Update
Last Updated: September 8, 2020
On September 4, 2020, the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia ruled in Gomez v. Trump that the Department must make good-faith efforts to expeditiously process and adjudicate DV-2020 diversity visa applications by September 30, 2020. Therefore, DV-2020 applicants may be processed in embassies and consulates where local health conditions and post resources allow. In accordance with the requirements in the Immigration and Nationality Act and applicable regulations, applicants must be documentarily qualified, have paid all requisite application fees, be able to obtain the required medical exam by a panel physician, and demonstrate that they are eligible for a visa before visa issuance. DV-2020 applicants may be issued a visa through the end of the fiscal year, on or before September 30, 2020. Applicants are reminded that immigrant visas generally expire on the same date as the medical exam expiration; typically three or six months from the date of the exam. DV applicants whose medical exam has already been conducted but will expire prior to December 31, 2020, may opt to submit a new medical exam prior to visa issuance.
Although DV-2020 applicants may be issued an immigrant visa under this court order, Presidential Proclamation 10014, which suspends entry into the United States of certain immigrants (to include Diversity Visa applicants) remains in effect until December 31, 2020, and can be extended by the President. Therefore, unless a DV visa recipient also meets an exception to the Proclamation, that DV visa holder will be unable to travel to the United States on the issued visa while the Proclamation is in effect. The five Regional COVID Proclamations that suspend entry of immigrants who were physically present in China, Iran, the Schengen Area, the UK, Ireland, or Brazil within 14 days of entry into the United States are still in effect and not the subject of the Court’s order. Thus, while DV applicants subject to a regional COVID Proclamation (Brazil, Ireland, UK, Schengen Zone countries, Iran, and China) may be interviewed and processed, applicants who have been physically present in the affected region during the preceding 14-day period will not be issued an immigrant visa, unless excepted under the relevant proclamation or until they have been outside the affected region for 14 days.
DV-2020 applicants whose visas will expire before December 31, 2020 when Proclamation 10014 is currently due to expire, will be unable to immigrate on that visa, unless they are exempt from the Proclamation, and cannot be issued a new visa after September 30, 2020. DV applicants are reminded that if they were either in the United States, or held a valid immigrant visa on April 23, when Presidential Proclamation 10014 went into effect, they are exempt from the Proclamation. DV applicants who held valid DV visas on April 23 but were unable to travel and the visas have since expired, may be reissued a DV visa before September 30, 2020.
DV-2020 applicants whose cases were previously scheduled for interview appointment (even if cancelled) at a U.S. embassy or consulate overseas should reach out directly to that embassy or consulate for further information on their specific case. If a post is unable to process cases due to local health conditions and resource constraints, an applicant may request a transfer to another post. DV applicants can request a transfer by contacting the desired post directly; not all transfer requests will be able to be accommodated. DV applicants who have responded to requests for documents from the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) and have been notified that their cases are documentarily qualified, but awaiting a visa interview date, will be scheduled in accordance with post’s scheduling capacity. The Department expects that, due to resource constraints, limitations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and country conditions, it will be unable to accommodate all DV applicants before September 30, 2020.
