Сестра может играть от Украины и от страны рождения мужа (вы ее не указали). Ее муж, соответственно, может подавать заявку от своей страны рождения или от Украины. Сына 22-х лет указывать в своих заявках они не могут.
Сам сын, если он неженат, может играть только от Германии (если сможет предоставить немецкое свидетельство о рождении, об этом есть соответствующая ветка на этом форуме). Если же он женат, то может играть и от страны рождения своей жены.
Место жительства и гражданство не имеют никакого занчения при выборе страны, от которой можно и нужно подавать заявку.
Я написала,что муж моей сестры лишен родительских прав((,соответственно,они давно в разводе(((.А племянник разве не может играть от страны рождения своей матери-Украины? Боюсь,что у него с местом рождения сложности…Сестра его родила в немецком госпитале,по причине того,что наш военный госпиталь(род.зал) был закрыт на ремонт(и такое бывает).Но свидетельство у него выдано советского образца.Вообщем слишком много НО…Он не женат.Как быть? Потом, в случае выигрыша ,фиг докажешь документально,что ребенок рожден в Германии…
Либо муж, либо в разводе. Вы же везде пишете муж, а не бывший муж. И из того, что он лишен родительских прав не следует, что они с вашей сестрой в разводе. Выражайтесь точнее, пожалуйста.
Племяннику нужно будет получить выписку из госпиталя, где он родился. Это даже лучше, что он появился на свет не в советском военном госпитале, а немецком, учитывая немецкую педантичность. С этой выпиской он сможет получить и немецкое свидетельство о рождении. И спокойно играть от Германии.
От Украины он тоже может играть, но доказать это право сложнее. Придется собирать больше документов, в том числе и касающихся своего отца, точнее, прохождения им службы в Германии (ваша же сестра была с ним в Германии, так как он там служил?).
Если сестра все-таки разведена, то играть он должна от Украины.

Если она прямая, то тогда (процент выигрышей от Европы составит 28,18 от общего числа) число подданных заявок от Европы составляет 9 100 000 * 0.2818 = 2 564 318.
Процент выигрышей Украины в составе региона Европа - 19,71, т.е. почти каждый 5-ый выигрыш в Европе принадлежит Украине. Кол-во заявок = 2 564 318 * 0,1971 = 505 422. Т.е. почти полмиллиона зарегистрированных заявок! =0
Приняв условно (по результатам опроса), что количество заявок от россии в два раза больше, следует ли ожидать примерное общее кол-во заявок от россии равным 1 миллиону?
И вообще не заблудился ли я…

DV-2002 — 10 млн. (Россия допущена)
DV-2003 — 6,2 млн. (Россия допущена)
DV-2004 — 7,3 млн. (Россия допущена, последняя ‘бумажная’ лотерея)
DV-2005 — 9,5 млн. (Россия не допущена, первая лотерея с электронной формой заявки)
DV-2006 — 6,3 млн. (Россия не допущена)
DV-2007 — 5,5 млн. (Россия не допущена)
DV-2008 — 6,4 млн. (Россия не допущена)

Чем объяснить такое резкое сокращение (почти в 2 раза в электронной, т.е. — более простой DV-2007 по сравнению с бумажной DV-2002) числа заявок, подаваемых между 2003 (DV-2005) и 2005 (DV-2007) годами, и потом резкий рост, особенно в прошлом — 2007 (DV-2009) году?
Интересно, перевалит ли число допущенных заявок в DV-2010 за 11 миллионов?..
