Не понял. Попробовал в – IE 9, Chrome, Chrome Canary, Opera, Maxthon, Firefox – нигде ничего похоже нет. Стандартная страничка с сообщениями о DV-2013, 2012 и ссылкой на ESC.

Сохранил аппликейшн который выдает хром но не могу прикрепить файл к сообщению - кнопка “Управление вложениями” открывает пустую страницу.

Sudia po tomu, chto bol’she ia ni na chto vnimania ne obratil, otlichii bol’she ne bylo. No eto ne znachit chto otlajivali oni okonchatel’nyi variant formy. Eto mog byt’ i promejutochnyi.

Вначале просит ввести капчу (правда выводит сообщение об ошибке), потом показывает форму. Она такая же как была перед этим.

В списке страна есть, но если её выбираешь - получаешь сообщение: Your birth country is not eligible. Please select “No” above.
Ну что они там опять химичат!!! Почему нельзя сделать всё в сроки!!! Видно суд их ничемо не научил.
