Да, вы правы резюме там не спрашивают, но в анкете есть пункт об образовании. Друзья мне посоветовали просто написать хайскул и не в коем случае не указывать, что есть диплом, потому, что для американцев эта ситуация странная, человек с бакалавром работает кассиром.:fool:

На мой взгляд очень много. На один лист не поместится, я бы “TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE” сократила до общих тезисов. При случае, на интервью, вас и так спросят если будут нужны подробности.Резюме должно быть лаконичным ИМХО.
У меня вот такой вопрос возник: я проходила интервью и перед ним мне дали заполнить компьютерную анкету из 196 вопросов психологического характера. Вопросы самые разные типа:“Если вы стоите в очереди, а впереди вас стоящий человек не слышит/не видит, что кассир уже освободился и ждет его, вы ему скажите об этом или будете ждать пока он сам заметит?” Ну и все в таком духе. Собственно вопрос: есть какие-то ссылки, где можно почитать подобные вещи?
А в резюме обязательно указывать, что есть грин карта?
И обязательно нужно указывать одно название искомой должности в шапке резюме, или можно несколько?
Вспомнилось как одна девушка искала работу себе в Москве и долго удивлялалсь почему же ей никто не отвечает. А резюме ее начиналось примерно с таких строк:
“Начинающий фотограф, начинающий web-дизайнер, начинающий программист…”
В TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE очень много информации, в том числе сходной и повторяющейся - тяжело воспринимать. Лучше обозначить 5-6 позиций и выделить их буллитами.

Это не резюме в амриканском смысле этого слова.
Тут нужно определиться чего Вы хотите добиться. Если хотите сделать американкское резюме, то надо сесть и сделать. Можно отдельно обсуждать КАК это сделать.
Можно ничего не менять. Рынок емкий, людей не хватает. Ну, мало ли как пишут резюме в Киргизии. Кто-то все равно позвонит или напишет, хотя и намного меньше людей, по сравнению с привычным резюме.
Одно резюме пишется на одну позицию. Это не анкета для КГБ. Это рекламный буклет. Продаем цветы - даем людям буклет про цветы. Продаем горшки - достаем буклет про горшки.
Попробуйте уместить своё резюме на 1 странице.

Если на одну страницу, то умещается только цель, основные навыки и даже предыдущие места работы не влазиют…
У меня резюме на 2 страницы, изначально было на 4. я сократил на 2 страницы гораздо удобней и быстрей стало оно читаться.
Резюме не должоно состоять из более чем 2 страниц. Обычно рекрутеры/[HR] читают только начало для прескрина.
Если опыта работы очень много, оставьте только те места работы, которые вы считаете очень весомыми и значимыми для предполагаемого работодателя.

Параллельно дарлинг делает вебовский вариант резюме, так вот еще вопрос, можно просто в кавер леттер давать ссылку на резюме?? или дополнительно прикреплять его в вордовском формате?
