доставлено - это ещё не значит назначено.
Поясню, после того как пакеты доставляются, далее следует процедура назначения даты интервью исходя из Вашего кейс номера, так вот, первые интервью с кейсами 1ХХХ назначаются на октябрь месяц примерно. Оповещение о назначении даты интервью приходит примерно за два месяца до.
Так что на основании этого всего сделайте выводы и приблизительный расчет даты интервью. Если 10ххх то до нового года, 25ххх может быть и в июле 14 года.

Вы участник DV-2014? Если так, то не паникуйте, у них сейчас огромный объем работ, рассмотрение занимает 3-4 месяца.
текст письма в студию! date of birth указывали?
указывал и дату и номер и имя
текст был примерно такой - не могли бы подтвердить факт получения документов

Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.
Please refer to the visa bulletin on our website at Welcome to Travel.State.Gov after the 15th of August to locate the current numbers being processed.

может кейс номер с ошибкой?
Не, номер правильный…наверное потому что я не написал фамилию, имя и отчество - а именно так в заявке написано было и в имени первую букву не написал (у нас то понятно что это одно и то-же имя а у них…)

Это уведомление о том что КСС получили ваш запрос по электронной почте (inquire).
Вроде отчета о доставке вашего электронного письма.
Через некоторое время (обычно несколько дней) на электронный ящик придет письмо с ответом от КСС.

Как и писал ранее, пришел автоответ, как у astrum16 и вот вчера пришел ответ уже от сотрудника КСС.
Сообщил, что формы получены и обрабатываются. Займет несколько недель.
После 15 августа надо будет проверять Welcome to Travel.State.Gov, чтобы проверить какие номера находятся в обработке.
В общем писать смысла особого нет. Ждем 15 августа.
а где там смотреть??? я кроме визового бюллетеня не нашел там ничего
