Position Summary
Responsible for managing product development and maintenance projects. In collaboration with ********al managers, assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Maintains liaison with all other project contributors and stakeholders (internal and external) and ensures scheduling and profit objectives are met by monitoring development and financial activities. Performs all ********s and responsibilities in conjunction with Bosch Security Systems values and mission.
Principal Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of product development and maintenance projects according to the Bosch Security Systems product realization process
Establish the project organization with clear tasks and responsibilities, including clear delegation of tasks to ********al managers and project personnel
Make timely and specific request for development resources
Ownership and maintenance of all project management documentation, such as project plan, risk management list, schedule, budget, project review minutes and milestone reports
Conduct regular project team meetings with documenting and tracking of actions
the cost of the project with proper balance between budget/schedule control, entrepreneurial spirit, and product cost focus
Manage and support interfaces with external suppliers and manufacturers
Proactively request support from resources not directly involved in the project and manage related “fire fighting” as appropriate
Active participation in process improvement efforts
Assist with defining, implementing and maintaining standard project management methodologies covering all project phases including conceptualization, project planning, requirements definition, make and buy recommendations, specification, development, testing validation, training, deployment and support, and all project activities including project planning, reporting, scope management, issue tracking, escalation and resolution
Assist in the development, enforcement, and continuous improvement of procedures and methodologies
Assist in recruiting, training and development of staff members
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity
Strive for release of quality products through use of proven design methodologies, monitoring of product return issues, and proactive action to customer issues.
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience
Related experience is desired.
Special Skills
Significant Project Management experience managing projects involving mechanical, electrical, and software required. ********al management and experience as a technical contributor is a plus.

Дальше он вызывает почтового курьера, курьер забирает посылки, выдает на каждую посылку идентификационный номер, для отслеживания за передвижением посылки и посылки летят до адресата в РФ! Полученные идентификационные номера сообщаются нам.
За каждую собранную посылку, наш бизнес партнер в США, получает 10% от стоимости посылки (с учетом выплат налогов) Естественно деньги за посылку он получает до отправки в РФ, так что все без обмана, нам выгодны длительные деловые отношения!!!

Position Summary
We are seeking a high energy, people-oriented individual to join our field sales team. This individual will be responsible for managing the dealer activity in the assigned region for the IFAS (Intrusion, Fire, Access/Systems) portfolio. The individual will be expected to achieve the regional sales plan, ensure regional expenses are kept within budget, and that regional sales activity conforms to sales department policies.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide necessary support to customers in designated region to achieve assigned territory sales goals and maximize total sales while maintaining margin expectations.
Provide Sales Support for customers in the form of training assistance, special quotations, project design and specific customer requirements to achieve the sales goals.
Strengthen and enhance specified National Account and Distributor Relationships in the territory at regional level.
Assist in new product business expansion by identifying opportunities and working with internal departments to support these efforts.
Identify and develop new sales channels for all Bosch products. Support Regional Sales Organization efforts at A&E level, end-user and dealer levels.
Provide same or next day response for customer issues. Be a key team player with the rest of the Regional Sales Organization and Regional Sales Managers and other Bosch sales associates.
Promote all Bosch products , and train on the benefits of such solutions though events like road shows, trade shows, customer directed training and other programs.
Provide sales and customer information and trends to the various Bosch departments though weekly call reports and bi-monthly new business reports
Responsible for management of Bosch dealer programs for the individual region.
Generate and complete all required departmental reports on a timely basis.
Education
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
Experience
Minimum: 3 years industry experience, preferably with a manufacturer.
Industry affiliations in the intrusion or card access field. Industry certification a plus.
Special Skills
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, solid industry and product specific knowledge, plus the ability to successfully generate and close business. A strong knowledge of Microsoft office software package is required. This position requires extensive travel within the assigned region. This position requires that the individual reside within the territory they represent.
