Если у кого-то есть опыт личного заполнения документов по программе воссоединения семьи с постоянным жителем (у мужа у Green Card), буду признательна, если расскажите, как корректно ответить на некотроые вопросы в G-325A и I-130. :clapping:

Я оформлял I-130 на брата, также встречался и с G-325a, напишите что вас смущает в формах, постараемся ответить.

2.Кем заполняется и кем подписывается G-325A?

И не совсем по теме. Сложно ли сдать экзамен по языку на гражданство?

  1. Это номер постоянного жителя Америки. Хотя я и заполнял будучи гражданином, но всё равно вписал этот номер хотя green card при получении гражданства забирают. Вписал и alien registration number и номер сертификата о гражданстве в ту же форму.

  2. G-325 заполняется на каждого кто собирается иммигрировать. Заполнять может любой, но подписывать должен тот на кого заполняется его биографические данные.

  3. Если хоть немного знаешь язык - абсолютно не сложно. Все вопросы (около 100) и отрветы есть в интернете. Просто надо к ним подготовится. Я буквально за пару недель прочитал несколько раз вопросы и сдал без проблем. Сколько я знаю ребят, только один сдал со второго раза и то потому что первый раз пошёл не читая вопросы вообще.

Единственно в вопросах может не быть фамилий кто у власти штата, где сдают экзамен на гражданство, ваш муж должен узнать сам фамилии. Часто слышал что спрашивали на экзамене.

что значит - не знают, куда послано? звоните 1-800 и узнавайте. Когда дозвонитесь, просите поговорить в [immigration officer], а не с клерком, который ответит на ваш звонок (придется повисеть еще часок [on-hold]). Пишите в [Service Center], куда подавали [I-130]. Что написано в [notice of approval] - что посылают в [NVC]?

Одновременно пишите письменный [request] в [Service Center], чтобы перенаправили копию дела в [NVC]. Можете начинать звонить конгрессменам (но не вы, а гражданин, который подавал петицию).
