Не возможно лохотрон, а точно лохотрон. Даже не надо текст читать, чтобы понять это. Результаты dv2012 будут после 1 мая, на email ничего присылаться не будет, выигрыш можно проверить только на офф. сайте и уж тем более, денег с Вас никто требовать не будет.
Вы помните на каком сайте вы заполняли заявку?
Да, на оффициальном сайте заполнял, но после того как закончилась официальная регистрация, решил посмотреть что будет, если я заполню регистрационные данные на не официальном, соответсвенно и данные были введены мною не точно (просто для проверки), в итоге вот и письмо пришло!!!
В принципе эту тему создал для того, что бы те люди, которые получили это письмо, лишних действий не делали, я к этому вел диалог.
А вот на официальном сайте указано, то что и Вы сказали!!!
Тем более как я понял начиная с DV-2012 они вооще ничего не собираються высылать, сами заходите и проверяйте, но только после 1 мая 2011 года!!!
а этих лохотронщиков надо в тюрьму, иль как в сталинские времена - под расстрел, чтоб не павадно было у людей бабки брать, да за токое то.

А вот уже 2-й не помню, я их сайт на столбе прочитал, вот и решил посмотреть что будет, самое интерестное, у них еще ко всему и не было многое что на их сайте обновлено, что регистрация проходит до какогото декабря DV - 2011, в общем лохотронный сайт и лохотронный емайл, просто обидно будет того кто пойдет и отправит этому нечеловеку деньги.
Да и куда можно на них то пожаловаться, заходил я www.econsumer.gov/english / ни чего не понял, так и забросил, а так, если кто может, могу полностью переслать письмо которое я получил, пусть ФБР к нему в гости нагрянет.

Он вводит людей в заблуждение, тем самым выманиванивает у людей деньги, а это и есть мошеничество, а мошеничество есть уголовно накозуемое преступление и должно караться, иль я не верно излогаю свою мысль?

Да, но вот вопрос, не подскажите ли Вы что если к примеру, я знаю человека, который пытаеться заполнять уже как несколько лет ГК. Но, он не выигрывает. Зная его данные, другой его скажем так недруг, не хочет что б тот отведал этого счастья, тогда проще простого может ли недруг как то повлиять на его удачу в ГК, к примеру, как мне сказали что возможен дубликат, но он не имеет фотографии, и он фотографию вставил другую.
Да и к стати как на счет однофамильцев, имеющую одно и тоже имя, также родившиеся в одно и тоже время??? Но вот фотки разные??? Как здесь быть то???

ИМХО человек перед тем как ввязываться в какую-либо авантюру (пусть даже и веселую, многообещающую и т.д.) должен изучить вопрос.
После прочтения информации на оф.сайте становится ясно: все кроме оф.сайта можно смело отнести к мошенничеству или посредничеству. Ни одно ни другое никому не требуется. Какие бы письма и уведомления ни приходили бы.
У меня знакомый так уверенно говорит о том, что он заполнил анкету и все будет пучком! Я спрашиваю - а сайт какой? В ответ получаю что-то типа “greencard****.us”. На мое замечание что это лохотрон - даже ухом не ведет.

Так глядишь многих людей туда можно закинуть, я имею ввиду в ФБР, за мошенничество, шоб знали как людей травить, вот к примеру, моё состояние вчера:
“Воскерсное утро, проснулся, еле еле кое как включил комп, причем не хотя, проверяю почту, ну в воскресное утро как всегда мало почты, и вот оно письмо - оппа, не понял, кричю жене мы выйграли. С пустя несколько кликов мышки перевёл пришедшее сообщение, ничего не понял, понял что нужно оплатить, хотя в подсознании, я же выйграл, после того как, указано оплатить, здесь я насторожился, хотя второе я говорит, ну оплати ты же выйграл! В общем после того как изучив письмо, а точнее адрес от куда был прислан *.us, понял что это лохотрон, в гневе, но под сомнением, что а может быть я НЕО (избранный) создал я эту тему, потом по мере поиска информации начал выкладывать все в эту тему.”
Так вот, воскресенье получаеться какое?? Хер…ое…
Поэтому Уважаемый Evgeniy Aleksandrovich, не отсылайте деньги не под каким предлогом, поскольку денежные траты будут еще в переди, только при одном условии что на оффициальном сайте 1 мая 2011 года, по времени я вот только не знаю когда (но судя по всему сервак у них зависнет, поскольку народ будет нахрапом ломиться туда, в том числе и я) на Ваш Entrant Name придет руководство что же делать дальше, а так в принципе, если обратное, то продолжать делать то, чем Вы занимались до этого, поскольку это только Лотерея, а в простонароде Лотерея - есть Лохотрон!!!

непонятно только откуда они взяли мой имейл и телефон…я нигде его не давал…только когда заполнял анкету на получение визы(в которой мне отказали)
Это может и еще проверка? а? в действительности ! откуда у них Ф.И.О номер телефона и Главное откуда знают что мы участвовали в грин карте? Подозрительно!!
Я тоже получил такое письмо))) и это однозначно посредническая компания USAFIS… Улыбался все время пока читал письмо, а когда прочитал что получатель в Британии)))) плакал)))
