Коллеги, всем привет! Наша компания ищет Customer support engineer. Офис находится в Нью-Йорке, в FiDi. Возможна удаленная работа, но желательно быть относительно недалеко от Флориды и НЙ, так как там базируются наши Клиенты, и туда понадобится регулярно выезжать.

Обязательно нужен ОЧЕНЬ хороший СВОБОДНЫЙ английский язык.

LIFE DATA LAB (LDL), based in New York, NY, develops, sells, installs, and supports medical software systems focusing primarily on lab information management systems (LIMS).

We are looking for Customer support engineer!

Customer activity area: medical diagnostics laboratories.

Responsibilities :

  • Resolving problems, answering service requests per SLA
  • Consulting clients on issues related to the performance of the product via phone and email
  • Translating incidents into problems, communicating with the development team to solve existing problems
  • Creating documentation in the knowledge base for the support team
  • Traveling to provide support services (including setting up end equipment) at the customer’s premises
  • Configuring the system according to the requirements

Requirements and experience :

  • Availability for business travel
  • Fluent English (this is a mandatory requirement, as communication with clients is conducted entirely in English, verbally and in writing)
  • Experience in handling incidents, service requests, change requests, requests for consultations
  • Analysis and formation of XML, CSV, JSON files
  • Experience with Kibana, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Insomnia, Postman
  • Experience with HL7, ASTM protocols.
  • Experience with SQL (ability to write queries for displaying and aggregating, creating, updating, deleting data)
  • Remote work (when no visit to the customer is required)
  • Knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
