Thickness of an isthmus is 6mm
Thyroid gland with equal contours and reinforced capsule have an usual arrangement ( position). Her mobility is without changes. The reflection of ultrasounds waves from thyroid gland is average. Structure of parenchyma is close-mashed, homogeneous. There is no intensification of vascularisation. Blood vessels are not dilatated. Hypersound tension isn’t present.
In the average segment of thyroid gland (in right lobe) visualized unechogenic formation with accurate contours which have dorsal intensification of echo-signal.
Conclusion: Nidal mass (or lump) in the right lobe of thyroid gland (cystadenoma).
