Читаю инструкцию для I-944 и там говорится при подаче на AOS I-485 - практически всем нужно прилагать форму I-944.
А в инструкции к I-485 по поводу Diversity Program говорится :
Who Must Submit Form I-944 (and not Form I-864)
If you are a principal or derivative applicant, you must submit Form I-944 with your Form I-485 if you are applying
under one of the following immigrant categories:
F. Diversity Visa program;
Diversity Visa Program :
Evidence of Financial Support
If you are filing Form I-485 as a DV applicant, you do not need to submit evidence of financial support.
Видимо нужно приложить I-944 k I-485 но без финансовых документов.
Так ли это?

А вот тут написано надо это форму заполнять (Inadmissibility on Public Charge Grounds)
Но I-864 - не надо
