Если уж вы пишите обджектив то надо писать и содержимое, а название искомой позиции просто напишите под именем.
Ну и давайте все таки сначала исправим все то что остальным уже сотни раз говорили, а уж потом будем критиковать конкретно ваше резюме.

Слишком длинное, никто все читать не будет. Сколько листов, если распечатывать? Постарайтесь в 2 уместиться.
EXPERIENCE SUMMARY - не читается. Там какая-то смесь полных предложений с буллетными фразами.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS - я бы вообще убрала, много текста ни о чем.
WORK EXPERIENCE - времена подкорректировать, для последних описаний, где до сих пор работаете - используйте либо настоящее время, либо -ing форму, все остальные в прошедшем времени.
По содержанию можно будет говорить после того, как урежете текст. Выберите важные моменты, остальное уберите. Восприниматься будет легче.
На позицию SENIOR QA - 2 страницы максимум.
Весь WORK EXPERIENCE давностью больше 7 лет можно упаковать в 1 общий блок.
Из остального оставить только самые ударные пункты.
Фото из резюме убрать, пусть работодатель его на LinkedIn посмотрит, если захочет.
У вас какой-то необъятный список skills и qualifications. Я ни у одного классного специалиста такого огромного списка не видел. Когда будете подавать на конкретную позицию, выбрасывайте из резюме всё, что отстоит от предъявляемых требований далеко.
Если ищете работу вообще, разбейте резюме на 2-3 смежных профиля.
Так не пишут. Это кальки с русского языка, не адекватные английскому.
Я не спец в английском, но:

[li]LTD выглядит странно, как будто вы писали резюме для Британии; в любом случае, Ltd. ставится после названия компании (а я бы вообще выбросил эти LTD);[/li][li]слова “provide market professionals” рядом не ходят (попробуйте найти это словосочетание в Гугле);[/li][li]“farmacevtic (pharmaceutical) company providing high quality medicines” - странная фраза; распространены формы “to provide quality services” или “to provide quality medicines at affordable prices”, но они употребляются в другом контексте (не в резюме);[/li][li]“social institution” - это про другое: Social Institutions Examples[/li][li]“is the biggest federal network” - в этом контексте должно быть “the largest”.[/li][/ul]

В этом случае, мне кажется, краткое описание деятельности компании не помешает.
Вообще же, в качестве основы для резюме текст годится, но явно нуждается в полировке. Я бы лучше обратился к профессионалам, чтоб они его за полторы-две сотни допилили. Если это позволит найти работу раньше хотя бы на один день, расходы уже себя окупят.
Чей то как то вы поздновато за резюме взялись, уже контракт должен быть в это время для H1

Короче для начала неплохой старт… давайте перепишите все как надо и на регрешен тест
И пока ничего сокращать не надо (а уж тем более комбинировать весь опыт старше 7 лет в один флакон) когда причешите это все посмотрим уже что получилось.

Как сделать? Википедия предлагает “A. M. Gorky Ural State University”. Или вобще оставить “Ural State University”?

мыло в домене .ru? чего уж не в .рф?
локейшен - поверьте, формата “город, Russia” - будет более чесм достаточно
следаем паузу и пройдемся по оформлению:
- вы точно уеб девелопер? выровняйте все под одной вертикали, ну или под двум, но те так, как сейчас;
- уберите подчеркивание - болда более чем;
- добавьте буллеты в списки;
- в “Career Highlights” внезапно другой шрифт…;

- Microsoft Certification: я не силен в сертификатах МС, но кодиы типа “E735-5882” и “G017-7130” дают настолько мало результатов в гугле, что я бы засомневался их писать. Это как мои коды экзаменов (! не сертификатов) Оракла - 80% ссылок по ним - поиски готовых ответов…
- Languages: поставьте любого нэйтив спикера в ступор словом intermediate…, а руссиэе - даже не нэйтиф? всего лишь беглый? родной тогда все же укажите, вдруг понадобится…

от тут традицинно песня - фирма с количетвом и командой, которая сделала новый, а еще и легаси продукт, на микросервисах (!) который очень крутой, тыщи пользователей и нипадает. всё диплоили, следили и модные технологии были.
ЧТО_КОНКРЕТНО_ВЫ_СДЕЛАЛИ_НА_ЭТОМ_ПРОЕКТЕ? - 99% букв должно быть об этом
- второе (АИС УОС УЭК с логотипом сбера на главной) реализация фижек для удовдетворений постановления - это не services for the Russian government
- опять - что конкретно вы там сделали?
остальные, типа CRM за 16 месяяцев или 5 мес engaged in the development of trading bots - можно бло и не позориться.
- Сareer Highlights - хороший абзац, только куда нибудб в начало, меньше слов и шаблонов, и наймите-таки девочку вычитать ваш отвратительный английский!
не обижайтесь на грубости во всем вышесказанном, исключительно из=за желания донести идею и отстутсвия времени излагать няшно.

я был уверен что это машина переводила
Да отлично все.
Но если мы задумаемся то все таки поймем что это такой чисто совковый перевод т.к. name-after это скорее “в честь” (name after (phrasal verb) American English definition and synonyms | Macmillan Dictionary)

Ну в общем-то, все советские названия и произошли в результате “присвоенно имя в честь,” а Музей и библиотека Линкольна - “кого, чего.”
Та же Бауманка всю до-“википедиевскую” эру переводилась как “named after.”
С педантичной точки зрения “named after” - как раз таки более правильный вариант.
По любому, это - не тот поинт из-за которого стоит критиковать резюме
