DV-2025 Program: Online Registration
DV-2025 Program: The online registration period for the DV-2025 Program begins on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4) and concludes on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 12:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5). Submission of more than one entry for a person during the registration period will disqualify all entries for that person.
DV-2025 Program Instructions
The English version of the DV-2025 Program Instructions in PDF format is the only official version. Unofficial translations in additional languages will be added to this webpage as they become available.
Note: As indicated in the instructions, for the purposes of eligibility some countries include components and dependent areas overseas. If you are a native of a dependency or overseas territory, please select the appropriate country of eligibility. For example, natives of Macau S.A.R should select Portugal, and natives of Martinique should select France.

Страны не участвующие в DV-2025: Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, The People’s Republic of China (including mainland and Hong Kong born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Venezuela, and Vietnam. Все постсоветские Республики участвуют в этом году.
For DV-2025, natives of the following countries and areas are not eligible to apply, because more than 50,000 natives of these countries immigrated to the United States In the previous five years:
Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, The People’s Republic of China (including mainland and Hong Kong born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Venezuela, and Vietnam.
Natives of Macau SAR and Taiwan are eligible.

Если я правильно понял из правил, то ничего не поменялось в общих требованиях, а также и к фото, по сравнению с прошлыми лотереями, то есть, всё как и раньше 600 на 600 пикселей и т.п?

Ровно в 10 вечера по Нью-Йорку сайт ВДРУГ ожил. Сижу в соседнем штате и радуюсь.
Сегодня начался приём анкет на официальном сайте DV-2025 - заходил туда прочитал требования к фото и правила.
Россия участвует - думал её забанят из-за СВО, ан нет - она есть в участниках.
Жду свежие фото от своих людей, дабы заполнить 5 анкет. Прошлый раз з/паспорта у меня не было - пропустил, сейчас буду и на себя заполнять, ибо нахожусь в Штатах не по гринкарте.
