я намедни написал в КС по поводу проверки сканов, которые отправлял на прескрин, получил стандартный ответ от Mary, Records indicate you have submitted a complete and valid DS-260 application for each family member, and you have provided all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center.

У меня схожая ситуация – жду подтверждение проверки DS-260 и запрос (эл.почту) на отправку сканов.
Один нюанс – отправлял DS-260 лишь 4 недели назад, поэтому запрос на сканы, который был всем в октябре, естественно, не получал.
Любопытно узнать мнение форума:
- Поможет ли в моем случае отправка сканов раньше запроса из КСС?
- Будут ли они в принципе проверять сканы, отправленные раньше времени, если статус моей анкеты у них ~“Your forms have been received and are currently processing”?
- Если анкету проверят, а сканы к этому моменту будут уже у них, проверят ли они их сразу после DS-260 при успешном заполнении DS-260?

Не будет подтверждения проверки DS-260 и запроса сканов. Шлите сами им все, без запросов. В этом году получите письмо, только в случае проверки ваших сканов.
Мы тоже высылали им сканы вместе с ДС-260. КСС даже присылал нам об этом письмо, чтобы именно выслали форму, и также сканы, но то были еще докарантинные времена) Высылайте все срочно сами, а дальше уж как пойдет…

A: There really isn’t any need to do that unless we are getting late in the processing year (say March/April). Until then, wait for your request, especially if your case number is high anyway.

Письмо приходило как всем, в октябре. Но отличалось тем, что в нем просили выслать ДС-260 сразу вместе со сканами:

Добавлю, что сканы мы делали фото обычным айфоном. Через 5 дней КСС прислал письмо, что сканы проверены, все нормально.

- началась ли проверка сканов ( останавливалась ли она или до сих пор остановлена)?
2.бан от Трампа на 60 суток( проверка сканов будет проводиться?

Спасибо! Правильно понимаю, что при этом вы получили два ответных письма: первое – об успешной проверке DS-260 и второе – о проверке сканов (через 5 дней после отправки). Если так, то меня интересует, может ли письмо о проверке сканов прийти раньше, чем уведомление о проверке DS-260. А если в DS-260 что-то не так и потребовался, например, доп. скан какого-либо документа, а они уже сообщили, что сканы в порядке?

Направил 28 апреля e-mail запрос о статусе проверки моей DS-260. На следующий день получил ответ, что форма еще в процессе проверки. Далее идет текст, который содержит противоречие, на мой взгляд.
Первый абзац говорит дождаться дальнейших инструкций от KCC, а второй и последующие предлагают направить им сканы документов, чтобы продолжить рассмотрение моего дела. Это выглядит, как письмо составленное из нескольких типовых писем (первый абзац – одно, второй и далее – другое).
Форумчане мне уже дали свое мнение выше, что следует отправлять сканы документов незамедлительно, несмотря на непроверенную еще DS-260.
Мой вопрос – можно ли текст ответаKCC ниже толковать, как официальное приглашение направить им сканы документов?

Нет, нам через 5 дней после высылки ДС-260 и сканов 20 февраля пришло только одно письмо следующего содержания:
“Поздравляем! Наши записи показывают, что вы предоставили всю необходимую документацию в консульский центр Кентукки и готовы назначить собеседование, когда ваш номер дела станет действующим. Интервью планируются численно на основе номеров дел, которые завершили обработку”
Только имеет ли это сейчас значение…

А где именно указывается, что надо еще формы DS-260 отправлять? В каком предложении? Я форму засабмитил через систему, а сканы отправил.
Вот тут речь НЕ идет о прикладывании DS-260 к сканам: “You should review the list of required documents for processing below and send those to KCC to review as part of your application package, along with completing your DS-260”. Сканы - отдельно (письмом), а DS-260 - отдельно (через систему).
Спросил в KCC насчет сканов, получил просто ужасающе бессмысленную отписку:
“Thank you for your inquiry.
After sending documents to KCCDVDocuments@state.gov, you will receive an automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently processing your documents. Please allow time for processing of your documents. Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.
Due to the novel COVID-19 outbreak all interviews for the DV program have been suspended, it is undetermined when scheduling will resume.
Please monitor www.travel.state.gov for any updates and contact your DV embassy/consulate if you have additional questions”
именно так. Никто и не говорит о приложении формы DS-260 к сканам.
