В письме с запросом сканов документов чётко написано на этот счёт:
All documents not in English, or in the official language of the country in which the application for a visa is being made, must be accompanied by certified translations.

Добрый день! 25 августа отправил сканы документов на проверку. Сегодня ровно 6 недель. Ответ от ксс так и не пришел, номер кейса 9***. Есть ли смысл писать в ксс по этому поводу или из-за прокламации там все встало у них?
У меня примерно такая же ситуация, я им писал через 6 недель, но в ответ пришла отписка, по сути повторяющая, что нужно отправить сканы. Отправил сканы ещё раз, жду.
Напишите им, потом сообщите что вам ответят 
Думаю, что нужно дождаться очереди согласно номеру. 9*** должны до конца октября закончить.
Тоже самое, написал в КСС, пока ни ответа, ни привета.
а какой ответ должен быть? Бюллетень на 9к ещё не публиковался.

Ну я задал вопрос, отталкиваясь от информации из ответного (автоматического письма) при отправке сканов на проверку:
“You should expect an email from KCC in the next 3-6 weeks. If you do not hear from KCC after 6 weeks, please contact KCCDV@state.gov to confirm all of your documents have been received, and you are ready to be scheduled for an interview.”
Может много у кого то подобная ситуация и нет смысл лишний раз напрягать KCC.
Не переживайте, все там будете… Они отвечают в течении недели, не позже! Если не выходных или праздниках. Успехов ребят!!!
Друзья у меня потребовали скан паспорта который был в заявке и причину, я им послал скан и написал, что он просроченный. После этого тишина. Решил задать вопрос,все ли ок. И пришел ответ, но я толком не могу понять, что они опять хотят от меня и поче у нет письма congratulations, чтобы ждать интервью.

If you entered a false, inaccurate, or invalid passport number on your DV entry, your case will be disqualified or your DV application refused. We suggest you make a legible photocopy of the passport you use for the entry and store it in a secure location with your entry confirmation number. A photocopy alone is not proof you entered a valid passport number on your entry, but it can help you explain the situation. The final determination is up to the Consular Officer at the time of your DV interview.

Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.
Если не ошибаюсь, от вас хотят копию (скан) старого паспорта и скан объяснения, написанного вами от руки, почему так вышло.

Мой кейс 4***, сканы отправлены 17 июля, никаких запросов не пришло до сих пор. Просто держу в курсе)

Вам нужно было выслать оба паспорта: и тот, который Вы указывали в заявке (просроченный) и новый, который Вы указали в DS-260, как я поняла. При этом, необходимо предоставить объяснение в pdf или jpg, почему паспорт другой (истечение срока действия).
В принципе, они Вам написали достаточно подробные инструкции, что сделать.
Попробуйте выслать весь пакет документов ещё раз с объяснением причины замены паспорта.
Обратите внимание, что Вам необходимо будет указать в письме фамилию аппликанта, номер кейса и дату рождения в формате ММДДГГГГ
Насколько я поняла, если нужно уточнить получили ли КСС документы, то надо звонить им, а не писать. Тк, на письма приходит стандартная отбивка.
С другой стороны, у меньших кейсов доки ещё не проверены, так что поводов для паники пока нет
Пришел ответ от КСС на мой вопрос получили ли они сканы моих документов:

Немного туплю в плане перевод первого абзаца. Как я понял, про проверенные сканы в письме и речи нет?
Привет. Живем в Польше, участвуем от Украины. Заказала электронную справку о несудимости из Украины (интервью в Польше). Соответственно ее нужно переводить на английский. Если я распечатаю справку и отдам ее на перевод присяжному переводчику, она будет действительна или нужно только в консульство ехать и брать бумажную? Потому что в некоторых странах такие справки действительны только в электронном виде, а в распечатанном варианте нет
тоже получил типа такого ответа,общий смысл - ждите.
Уже прошло 6 недель с момента отправки сканов… До сих пор нет ответа. Кто-нибудь сталкивался уже с таким развитием событий?
З.Ы. Да, после отправки сканов, автоматическое письмо-подтверждение о том, что они все получили мне пришло.
