Запроса еще не было, хочу отправить документы без запроса кейс 23***. Гражданства Таджикистан и Россия.
Вы ds260 заполнили, отправили,?
Какое гражданство указывали в анкете лотереи тот паспорт и ксерите.
Просто так без запроса отправить можно но смысла в этом нет.
В целом ждать надо 31 марта, после него начнутся шевеления

Отправляйте, конечно! Нечего ждать запроса, в этом году он может и не прийти такому номеру. Я отправила без запроса 16 марта сканы, жалею, что не раньше ((
Ну только если Вы считаете что это имеет смысл. А вообще, КСС запрашивает определенный пакет. И дополнительно предупреждает:

- IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not mail any documents to KCC. Any documents sent to KCC will not be processed and will be destroyed.[/b]
Ну так документы никто и не запрашивает и не отправляет (надеюсь) - только их копии.
Ну я надеюсь. )))

All documents should be submitted as attachments to your email to ensure they are properly received. We ask that you use the following method to name and attach your files:
· Your DV case number;
· The full name of the applicant whose document you scanned; and
· The document name or form number.

Это про документы по почте. Их не нужно отправлять так как они не работают с оригиналами. Сканы документов уже всем (независимо от номера) нужно отправлять в KCC.
Скажите, а на чём основано такое категоричное заявление? Есть какая-то точная информация?
А то CN22*** сижу, жду запроса, не дёргаюсь.

Это личное решение и желание каждого заявителя, кто-то считает если без запроса от КСС отправить сканы, то процесс рассмотрения их кейса ускорится возможно) Я читала, многие из дв21 отправили свои сканы ещё осенью прошлого года, и до сих пор не получили подтверждение о проверке. Сидят и дёргаются в ожидании. Некоторые даже по два раза уже отправили.
Конечно личное. Но отправлять сканы без запроса, это все равно что напрашиваться в гости когда вас никто не ждёт. На западе так не принято. Впрочем ладно.
А есть конкретный список отправляемых сканов или каждый высылает то, что считает нужным?
Отправил сканы в начале сентября 2020 сразу после запроса. В марте 2021 решил написать письмо в KCC, типа все ли в порядке с моими документами. Через 3 дня получил ответ что все хорошо и ждите. Через час после первого письма прилетело второе с поздравлениями о успешной проверке сканов. Может совпадение, но я думаю что тем ждунам кто отправил свои сканы ещё в 2020, стоит чиркануть письмецо в КСС. Вем УДАЧИ! Она нам пригодится. CN6ХХХ.

Не знаю где другие находят (в случае если им не пришёл запрос от КСС) список необходимых документов для сканов, я видела здесь на форуме для Кишинева список выкладывали, текст письма, которое прислал КСС. Эти запросы стандартные для всех кандидатов или нет, не знаю. Надо смотреть по своей стране, здесь на форуме)

You and each family member immigrating with you to the United States should collect the civil documents that are required to support your visa application.
- Passport Biographic Page:
You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of a currently valid passport. The biographic data page is the page with your photograph, name, date, and place of birth.
If the passport used by the principal applicant to enter the DV program differs from the one currently being submitted, you should also include a photocopy of the principal applicant’s passport listed on the DV entry with a written explanation for the change to KCC. The Department of State’s regulations provide for three limited exemptions from the passport requirement. These three exemptions include: individuals who are stateless; nationals of a Communist-controlled country who are unable to obtain a passport from the government of the Communist-controlled country; and beneficiaries of an individual waiver approved by the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of State, pursuant to 22 CFR 42.2(g)(2). If you selected one of these exemptions on your DV entry, you should provide an explanation of your qualifications for the exemption you requested.
- Birth Certificate:
You and each family member immigrating with you must submit a scan of an original birth certificate or certified copy.
- Marriage Certificate:
If you are married, you should submit a scan of your original marriage certificate or a certified copy. Submitting this document now, if applicable, could help to expedite visa processing; if you do not provide this document now, you may be asked to provide this at your visa interview.
- Marriage Termination Documentation:
If you were previously married, you should submit scanned evidence of the termination of EVERY prior marriage you have had. Your scanned evidence must be of an original or certified copy of one of the following documents: FINAL legal divorce decree, death certificate, or annulment papers. Submitting this document now, if applicable, could help to expedite visa processing; if you do not provide this document now, you may be asked to provide this at your visa interview.
- Military Records:
If you served in the military of any country, you must submit a scanned copy of your military record.
- Police Certificates:
If you are 16 years of age or older, you must submit a scanned copy of a police certificate from all countries you have lived in using below criteria.
