Job Title: Credit Collections Analyst
Location: Fairport

Position Summary
Maintain optimal balance between customer’s ability and willingness to repay account balance, with the objective of minimizing write-offs. Maintain adequate cash flow by requiring prompt payment from customers and prompt resolution of customer disputes and balances in arrears.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Works closely with Customers – making credit / collection calls. Strong customer service skills required. Assists customers with account reconciliation, invoicing and shipping questions and/or problems. To do this, the Credit and Collection Analyst should possess a strong understanding of system and departmental procedures and processing as well as fundamental accounting, credit and collection practices.
  2. Responsible for credit review of customer orders not meeting their assigned credit limits and / or terms and contacting the customer for payment schedule.
  3. Monitor customer-paying habits and resolve past due balances through diligent and consistently applied collection efforts
  4. If additional and / or amended terms are required, the Analyst may have active participation in the customer negotiations, under limited supervision. The Analyst reviews the customer account in accordance with specified procedures and prepares data for approval or disapproval by the designate manager as part of this negotiation and contacts the customer accordingly.
  5. Provide management with timely reports on status of receivable portfolio for customers within Credit Collection Analyst territory.
  6. Update projects/customer account files.
  7. Prepare and distribute monthly reports.
  8. Work within computer software systems for processing and analysis, report writing, and letter writing.
  9. Assist financial staff.

Education
Required: Associate Degree in Business Administration
Preferred: Bachelors’ Degree preferred
Experience
Minimum: Five years commercial credit experience

Special Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. PC literate. Requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a team environment. Ability to continuously apply experience to new situations and demands in the Financial Services area.

Position Summary
Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The representative will need to consistently handle various forms of customer contact, and accurately process customer orders for products and literature.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Interface and provide customer service to our Major Accounts with special requirements; managing special projects, creating reports required.

Experience
Minimum: 3 – 4 years experience in a customer service call center environment

Good computer skills and working familiarity with multiple software packages. Individual must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner. Must have a sense of “team” response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction. Multiple language capability is desirable.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Fairport

Position Summary
This position is responsible for driving the commercialization of product from “concept to stock” for the Intrusion Business Unit. Coordination of all deliverables for a given project that potentially encompasses multiple products. Various products include Control Panels, Keypads, Peripheral devices, Central Station Receivers, Network Communication products, Sensors, Wireless devices, etc.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Develop, maintain and manage project schedules and budgets following the Bosch Product Development Process, Quality Assurance gates and requirements.
  2. Work with Product Management to help develop product roadmaps, specifications, etc. and then execute the associated projects.
  3. Work with an engineering and support team located primarily in Fairport NY, but with possible members in China, Europe and India as necessary.
  4. Interface with other departments such as Document Control, Manufacturing, Technical Publications, Technical Support, CAD, etc.
  5. Generate status reports and present status to Manager and other Executive Management.

Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree In a technical field.

Experience
