Оплата, как обычно, предмет для обсуждения по результатам интервью. Что вы имеете ввиду под “доп. бенефитами”? Не думаю, что есть какие-то доп. бенефиты на этой позиции, есть обычный пакет бенефитов как сотруднику компании, плюс некоторые вещи можно обсуждать (например, число оплачиваемых отпускных дней).

Applications Developer - Automated Unit and Integration Test Engineer
As a Automated Test Engineer within the Commercial Card IT software
engineering organization, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior
Testing Lead in defining the automated testing process for both unit and
integration test phases along with the supporting test data strategy,
automated testing tools, and database refresh ******s required to
successfully execute on-going automated regression tests throughout the
development life cycle. You will be a part of a team of three automated test
****** developers, responsible for defining a test coverage matrix for
existing unit and integration test cases and will work with the development
teams to define a “future state” test coverage matrix along with estimates
and implementation plans for developing new automated unit and integration
test cases. You will contribute to the design and implementation of an
emulator component to simulate the appropriate requests and corresponding
responses resulting from the integration of the Commercial Card Transaction
management application and the third party TSYS and EDS card processors. As
a member of a high performance automated test ******ing team, you will
ensure that established standards, best practices, tools and techniques are
used to maintain a suite of reusable automated unit and integration test
cases. You will also assist the Sr. Test Lead in planning new ******
definitions for on-going development releases. You will also be responsible
for conducting peer reviews of new automated ******s to ensure compliance
with mutually agreed upon ******ing standards. Along with the ability to
work and communicate efficiently in a large development team of over 50 team
members, you will be expected to coordinate on-going test execution runs
along with regular test results, to your team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for working collaboratively with Pnet3 developers to analyze
existing automated test ******s, identify gaps in current unit and
integration test coverage
Based on identified automated test gaps, work with Test Automation Lead to
create estimates and a detailed test plans to fill gaps in current automated
test coverage for both unit and integration test phases
Work with development team to integrate new automated unit test plans into
development code streams
Help enforce repeatable automated unit and integration test standards by
working with Pnet3 development staff
Leverage industry best practices and toolsets (e.g. nUnit) to create
consistent automated unit tests for Pnet3 .NET C# application component
modules
Create standardized SQL ******s and any necessary database restoration
******s to support automated test ****** execution
Work with test automation lead to continuously refine and streamline
technical automation test approach and process with the goal of achieving
on-demand test execution
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in
Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, or
related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years relevant software development work experience
2+ years of experience with object oriented analysis and design practices
(object modeling, use cases, activity diagrams, UML)
4 years of experience using C# and .NET framework
Experience in at least two of the following:
.NET remoting
Message queuing architecture (MQ, MSMQ)
Web Service development and XML
MS SQL Server/Transact SQL
Stored procedure coding
MS Report writing
Data Modeling - relational database design, normalization, tuning
High-volume eCommerce infrastructures
3+ years of experience using version control system, e.g. Rational ClearCase
2+ years of experience using a structured software development methodology
in a large corporate or consulting environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical and
problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team

Banking and/or financial services industry experience is a plus, but not
