Position Summary
To assist in the definition, implementation, and execution of automatic and manual test procedures that will ensure that Bosch Security Systems software products are efficiently and effectively tested.
Principal Job Duties
• Provide timely feedback to developers, managers and other relevant groups concerning problems identified and to deliver comprehensive reports of tests undertaken and the results of those tests.
• Execute manual and automatic test cases.
• Document change requests, and evaluate product quality.
• Create test ******s for automation to assist in integration testing/********al testing.
• Execute test plans that ensure optimal levels of coverage for both software applications and systems.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of Bosch Security Systems quality guidelines and to conduct all testing according to these guidelines.
• Effectively use and report against defect tracking and change management systems.
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience
Minimum: 3+ years overall QA/software test experience
Special Skills
• Proficient in software test methodologies
• Programming experience is desirable, preferably in C++ and/or VB
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience with software engineering processes such as the Rational Unified Process is a strong plus.
• Requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience working in a multi-site projects desirable.

This person will work full time Monday through Friday 10 am to 7 pm and must be available for support calls via email on off hours. Position Summary
Provides advanced technical support to customers as well as second and third level support and escalations. Resolves complex technical problems. Provides assistance in the design and equipment identification for customer security system requirements.
