Ну а почему вы только выделяете слово ALL? Все написанное после тоже относится к 14 пункту.Или считать всех детей и которым 10-60 лет?

Почемы вы решили, что выделенные вами слова относятся и к категории родных детей?
Мне кажется, здесь однозначно устанавливаются разные требования к указанию родных и неродных детей.
А вот ниже, в 10 пункте ФАКа , да, уточняется You must list ALL your living children who are unmarried and under 21 years of age at the time of your initial E-
DV entry, whether they are your natural children, your spouse’s children, or children you have formally adopted in accordance with the laws of your country, unless such child is already a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
Не хочу показаться параноиком, но мне кажется, здесь все же есть противоречие.
Интересно, а в прошлых лотереях названные пункты были сформулированны так же?

Буду надеяться, что в этом году просто неудачная редакция правил, а не изменение смысла. Иначе мне грозит дисквалификация
получается , из выше приведенного, если этот пункт все таки заполнен, а ребенку 21, то это сразу дисквалификация?..но ведь это инструкция за 2006 год…сейчас про дисквалификацию не написанно…может быть анкета будет играть…только в случае выигрыша,ребенок не будет указываться как претендент на получение грин карты…только мать…
В самой анкете, в пункте о детях, написано следующее:
Children include all biological children, legally adopted children, and stepchildren who are unmarried and under the age of 21 on the date that you submit your entry. Failure to include all children or inclusion of children who are not your biological children, legally adopted children, and stepchildren (regardless of whether they live with you and/or intend to apply for a visa as your derivative) is grounds for disqualification of the entire entry.
Legal Permanent Residents (LPR) and American Citizens should not be included.
Из чего следует, что записываем всех неженатых незамужних детей (родных, усыновленных и т.д.) до 21 года. Исключение составляют дети с американским гражданством и держатели зеленой карты, их вписывать не надо. Если что не так поправьте.
К34, честно говоря, думаю, что так оно и есть. Не могло незамеченным проскочить такое важное нововведение.
Но всё же хотелось бы услышать товарища, который на лотерее зубы съел Имею ввиду,конечно же, господина Раевского. Для окочательной расстановки точек, так сказать.
конечно понятно,что в случае выигрыша родителей,21 летний ребенок не едет …но интересно,а в розыгрыше все таки анкета возьмет участие…или будет дисквалифицирована за ошибку…или это вообще не извесно…

Chto kasaetsia popytki vvesti v formu v kachestve rebenka cheloveka v vozraste ot 21 goda i vyshe - zaiavka ee ne propustit. Vydaetsia oshibka, poskol’ku vzroslyi - eto ne rebenok.
