Калифорния как и в прошлом году запаздывает
у меня коллега в калифорнии тоже получил уже receipt
Пока все 90тысяч AD пропроцессят, нам еще ждать и ждать. В том году, в это время, уже приходили реситы по Non-AD.
Зачем 90к AD процессить?
Всего 20к выигрышей ведь, а отказы лишь в июне рассылают
Я, конечно, точно не знаю, но отпроцесить тех кто уже в США надо быстрее, у них помоему разрешение до 30 сентября по дефолту продлилось, кто последний год. Поэтому AD я думаю в приоритете. Это я на редбасе, помоему, прочитал, но инфа, да - не 100%.

А куда им спешить? Дэдлайнов у них нет. Платят им почасово, а не за объём проверенных петиций. Надо на обед сходить, попу почесать, “Трампу” отписаться о том, что “не сцы - нанимаем только американцев”. Всё по плану.
Дело-то в том, что, я подозреваю, что им и в прошлом году так же платили.
Но, сравнивая с прошлым годом, они тормозят, как минимум на неделю.
Вот с чем связана задержка в этом году - явных заявлений со стороны uscis.gov нету
Надежда на то, что они уже на этом этапе отсеивают дубли или другие нарушения.
Хотя, кто им мешает раздать RFE уже после рассылки receipts?
Кто-то уже получил regular case number?
Regular судя по текущей скорости начнется еще только через неделю
