Участие в DV-лотерее и незарегистрированный брак/брак после выигрыша

Здравствуйте! Вопрос такой - в консульстве во время беседы, если брак был после выигрыша, консул как-то проверяет сколько по времени вы жили вместе путём опроса соседей? Будут как-то их телефоны у нас брать или как?

Если брак не фиктивный переживать не о чем… Будете придумывать больше, чем есть на самом деле, консул визы вам не даст.
Тащите на интервью ваши совместные фото до свадьбы, после свадьбы и тд. берите всё то, что сможет доказать в случае чего, что ваш брак не фиктивный.

Перед интервью по свежему браку я где-то в сети нарыла длинный список вопросов для перекрестного опроса. Опросила все супружеские пары по этому списку, НИКТО не ответил даже на 50% правильно!!! Люди живут 5-15 лет в законном браке и не могут ответить со 100% соответсвием. Так что тут дело не в самих ответах, а в том, как вы отвечаете и как себя ведете. У нас не было перекрестного опроса, но мы везли 2 фотоальбома по 200 фотографий в каждом.

А случайно не вспомните где есть такой список вопросов?) Интересно посмотреть на него. А фоток дофига и больше у нас. Они прям просят “Дайте пожалуйста фотки посмотреть”?

Похожий список был. Вопросы могут быть и другие, но смысл ясен. Не помню про фотки, как они просят и когда. Просто скажете, что у вас с собой альбомы. Только что еще раз по списку прошлась. Нам без перекрестного задавали пару вопросов про знакомство, про родственников и квартиру.

а если свадьбу не сыграли, то это повод отказа? не вижу смысла тратиться, когда деньги нужны! Есть совместные фото на чужих свадьбах )))
У меня по мимо повседневных фото есть еще и первые наши билеты в кино и театры, с 2009-2013! Надо еще создать общий счет в банке!

Нее, не повод. Дело ведь не в свадьбе, а в брачном союзе.

У меня есть девушка с которой мы встречаемся уже 4года и сын(1 год),но официально мы не в браке.Свадьба планируется летом.Следует ли мне отмечать ее в заявке на лотерею как супругу? и если заявка выиграет,то сделать свадьбу раньше.Или же отметить только сына?(и как в случае выигрыша мне быть с моей девушкой?)

В заявке девушку указывать не надо, только сына (его фото тоже потребуется)

Вопрос: Если брак заключен после получения DV-визы, но до въезда в США и до наступления 30 сентября, есть ли возможность получить DV-визу супруге?
Пример: мужчина выиграл DV-2014, собеседование прошел допустим в середине апреля 2014 года, должен въехать до середины октября. В мае он женился. Имеется ли возможность супруге получить DV-визу?
Попадался подобный случай в разделе “прохождение интервью по лотерее”, но там шла речь об однополом браке и вроде была именно такая ситуация, но как-то мутно описано. То был какой-то особый случай или есть возможность у всех?
